My Journey

In 2022, when I began working as a therapist, I soon realised that the successes in my work were not mine alone. There was something more – the gentle guidance of my spirit guides.

Over time, I learned to communicate with them. At first it felt strange, even confusing, but it also brought with it a sense of clarity, calm and quiet joy.

A new chapter began in my life. I started receiving answers to questions that had long lingered in me, and my purpose here gradually became clearer. I read books on the subject, through which I learned more and met new people – souls drawn into my life by a shift in my own vibrational frequency. I began to study what truly resonated with me, both personally and therapeutically.

Through this, I remembered how to channel healing energy, and today I work under the guidance of my higher self – my own light.

My Background

I was born in Kenya and spent the first twenty years of my life there. From there, my path led to Spain, and after two years in Andalusia, Finland has been my home for the past twenty years.

I am half Finnish – from Kainuu – and half from the Kisii tribe of Kenya. My childhood playgrounds were the red-earth paths of African villages and the nearby waterfalls. In my grandmother’s mud-hut kitchen corner, the fire burned and the smoke stung my eyes. During Finnish summers, the forests of Kainuu, rowing trips, and the familiar scent of wood smoke in the sauna awaited me.

Nature is a vital source of strength and wisdom for me. I am part of it, and it is part of me.

Education and Purpose

I have studied several professions: architectural drafter, psychiatric nurse, solution-focused brief therapist, cognitive brief therapist, sleep coach and voice healer.

Life has prepared me in many ways to fulfil the purpose I chose before birth – to serve as a creator of connection.
